Who we are
This website is run by Chargiva. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Chargiva.
If you have a question about this policy or your information, please use our contact form.
Contact formWhat we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive:
Your full name and work email address
Your organization and country or market, if you give them
Your sector and the services you are interested in, if you choose them
The message you write and your consent to us replying
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect payment details through this website.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your information
We use the details you send us to:
Reply to your enquiry
Arrange a first call and understand what you need
Prepare a proposal if you ask for one
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you have asked us to.
Our reasons for using it
Under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, we rely on your consent, which you give when you tick the box on our contact form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.
Who we share it with
We only share your information with service providers that help us run this website and respond to you:
Our website host, Hostinger, which stores the website and its server logs
Our email provider, which delivers your enquiry to us
Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface used on this site and receives your IP address when the page loads
Hostinger Reach, whose script is loaded by this site
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries reach us by email and are not stored in the website itself. We keep enquiry emails for 12 months after our last contact with you. We keep them for longer only where there is a good reason to, for example if you become a client or we are working on a project together, in which case we keep records for as long as that work, our agreement and the law require.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not set cookies when you browse it. If we add cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
Ask us to correct or delete it
Object to or limit how we use it
Withdraw your consent at any time
To use any of these rights, please send a request through our contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator.
Contact formInformation sent abroad
Some of our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place as required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed.
